Description

Our Globito bridal dress was inspired by our passion for papyroflexy and the art of moulage on a mannequin. The neckline shape is inspired in classic strapless bridal dresses but with a sculptural, contemporary twist which is minimalistic yet unforgettable. The sleeves, with supperposing fabric triangles, are an homage to the “paper birds” from our childhood games. The skirt is longer in the back and the trail can be shortened thanks to two fabric pullers concealed on the inside which gather the fabric. When shortened, the skirt achieves a parachutte-like silhouette, which is both very unique and useful for dancing and moving. This dress is entirely made from 100% silk satin.
