Description

Our Globito bridal dress was inspired by our passion for papyroflexy and the art of moulage on a mannequin. The shape of the neckline reformulates the classic strapless neckline to turn it into a geometrical extravaganza of unforgettable contemporary simplicity. The sleeves, with supperposing fabric triangles, are an homage to the “paper birds” from our childhood games. The skirt is longer in the back and the trail can be shortened thanks to two fabric pullers concealed on the inside which gather the fabric. When shortened, the skirt achieves a parachutte-like silhouette, which is both very unique and useful for dancing and moving. This dress is entirely made from 100% silk satin.
