Papyrus dress

Description

Papyrus is a retro multi-position wedding dress inspired by Art Deco and its geometric shapes. Like a hand fan, this model extends the folds of it’s sleeves in a half-moon shape, which can also be gathered thanks to two straps concealed on the inside. When unfolded, this multiposition dress has the sculptural solemnity of a kimono. When gathered, the sleeves drape beautifully on the arms. The elongated darts in the waist, inspired in corsetry, conceal two side pockets. The back of this dress is subtly open and the button on the neck is a tiny “sea ear”, a beautiful and delicate shell found underwater in the coast of Girona. This dress is made from 100% silk satin and is lined with a 100% cotton voile in order to avoid any transparency.
